The Story
"Our hill came to be known as Magura Zamfirei over time, as recent documents from the Calinesti archive reveal that beside that hill, there once stood an inn where travelers made a stopover, owned by a certain 'Zamfira.' The distillery where Zamfira prepared the beverage may have been lost, but the place where the mansion stood has retained its magic. After hundreds of years, we continue Zamfira's story with the help of our new distillery."
Distilled under the Full Moonlight
Moonlight Gin, truly remarkable, has garnered 6 awards in just two years at major international spirit competitions. This exceptional gin is distilled under the clear light of the full moon from 15 carefully selected botanicals. The recipe, crafted with great care, includes notes of vanilla, cinnamon, pink pepper, ginger, Florentine iris, and grains of paradise.
Spectacular Color, No Artificial Dyes
The astonishing ultramarine blue color of Moonlight Gin is achieved through infusion with Clitoria Ternatea flowers, without any artificial coloring. This gin not only delights the taste buds but also provides a small "magic show" when mixed in a gin and tonic, magically transitioning from ultramarine blue to a spectacular light violet.
